We love the idea of incorporating the surrounding terroir into our beers. Every year we pick fresh, juicy dandelions from the fields surrounding our hometown to brew a saison. Those flowers, full of honey nectar, picked far away from dusty roads, add an incredible sweet and slightly bitter taste to our beloved saison - a beer of thousand nuances. This one is extremely balanced, a great thirst quencher without being overly blank. Its super dense foam, straw colour, easy yet pleasant maltiness together with estery yeast profile and bitterness round up in a perfect combination. Half of the brew is being released now, so that you can enjoy this endless freshness of spring while it's still an outdoor season in full swing, while the other half went on to age in a red wine barrel, to give it another perfect life, some other time.
