Pivovar Polička - Poličské Hradební Svetlé 10

Produced using original technology according to the recipes of brewer František Bittner using well water, Žatec semi-early red červeňák and the highest quality malt, with fermentation and maturation in the cold way in the still and lager cellars, excavated in the marl massif. Their constant humidity and temperature guarantee the unchanging and individual character of traditional Polička beer. Bottled or keg beer is not pasteurized, but is treated with a Handtman microbial filter.
