Beer description
We used the base recipe of our standard Pils to showcase this 100% Polish hopped Pilsner. This uses a thiolized version of our house lager yeast which enhances the flavors and aromas of our malt and hops. Complex organic honey and lemony, floral, and spicy hops finsh dry.
