The third iteration of our rotating Polish hopped Polish pils series is an amalgamation of typical continental European noble hops and New World inspired contemporary hops. The classic Lubelski paired with Princely hops provides for an herbal base, subtle coconut, and apricot fruitiness supported by a saltine cracker-like maltiness.
