Pollyanna Brewing - Acclamation

The brewery makes beer, so they really have no reason to judge most things. On the other hand, you have your own opinion (they understand that), but why should you be a buzzkill and express your disapproval when you can express your approval loudly and enthusiastically? Drinking beer is fun, exciting, and often a challenge, so let them call the experience that each new sip brings Pollyanna. This Belgian Golden Strong Ale is brewed mainly with Belgian Pilsner malt and a lot of Belgian candi sugar. Then they added a bunch of apricots, because apricots are cool and Shakespeare referred to them as an aphrodisiac in "A Midsummer Night's Dream". They are not sure if that's true or not, but when looked at in a certain way, they do actually resemble a butt.
