Pollyanna Brewing - Dr. Pangloss

Dr. Pangloss, named after the philosopher from Voltaire's "Candide", viewed most situations with unjustified optimism. Sarcastic, unpredictable, and fantastic, this beer lives by the mantra that "in the best of all possible worlds, everything is for the best". Dr. Pangloss is not defined by a traditional style, but is brewed with a blend of six different American hops and a healthy amount of roasted malts, which combine with intense citrus fruits.
