Pollyanna Brewing - Nose over Tailn

Winter is pretty much the worst thing there is, and the brewery cannot stress enough how much they look forward to knowing that their shovels and windshield scrapers will be taking a longer vacation. Literally translated, Maibock in German means "May goat" and is a strong lager beer traditionally drunk in the all too short months between winter and summer. This beer, enjoyed everywhere in beer gardens, is malt-forward and silky smooth with just enough noble hops to balance the abundance of caramel and bread-like malt flavors.
