We all come from childhood. And what is the taste of childhood? Buratino lemonade, grandma's pies... But the main thing is those very domestic sweets: "Bear in the North", "Squirrel", "Roth Front" bars and all that. We did a little digging into our childhood memories and pulled out a recipe for a dessert stout flavoured with grillage, halva and nuts and with a fabulous name in the spirit of Soviet sweets.
