Bishop Cider - Pomegranate Hibiscus

AP called me out and rightly so on this ball drop. So here's the scoop. The Pomegranate Hibiscus is a floral version of our really good Pomegranate cider. One of the cider masters thought the Pomegranate could use a little somethin somethin, but wasn't sure what. So after an exhaustive search of everything from heat, to dry, to fruit, to sweet, it hit her, [Yep... her, and a darn good cider master if I do say so myself] Hibiscus! So after a few rounds of figuring out just the right amount of floral to add to the Pomegranate, the Pomegranate Hibiscus was born. Super refreshing with just a hint of the hibiscus to add complexity and a slight twang [not like a guitar twang, a floral twang].
