Beer description
"Taiwan Wind Brewing specially uses "Mizuho Pomelo Oolong Tea", a tea from Shan Hai Lou Restaurant, in its brewing. A large amount of fresh pomelo blossoms of the season are used in the brewing, which are refrigerated and delivered to the brewery at the first time after being harvested, and then cold steeped with Mizuho pomelo blossom cellaring oolong tea in the beer to extract the aroma. The wort base is brewed using an ancient brewing method - Golden Pale Ale, which produces a fruity, layered flavor profile, with a good amount of hops to complement the elegant grapefruit aroma.
The unique brewing method allows the beer to be enjoyed with the aroma of honey from the natural fermentation, the rich white pomelo blossom aroma that fills the throat, and the elegant oolong tea aroma in the finish, making the beer delicate and smooth. The excellent brewing ratio reduces the bitterness of the beer and retains the full-bodied and rich aroma, making it particularly suitable for serving with a wide range of Taiwanese home cooking. The golden color of the beer is round and full-bodied, as if it has captured all the beautiful floral and tea aroma of the island, making it even more refreshing to drink in the hot summer!
