Beer description
This dark German-style wheat beer was brewed in collaboration with friends at Maverick Malt House in Wildorado, TX (just down the road!). It features all Texas ingredients including locally grown barley and wheat, hops grown in Hartley, TX by 044 Hops, and yeast cultured and grown in San Antonio by Community Cultures Yeast Lab. It's an malty wheat ale with mild notes of caramel, toast, and chocolate balanced with subtle notes of banana and clove. All Texas, all good.
