Witbier, or “white beer,” is a type of wheat beer originating in Belgium. The beer style is characterized by a light, slightly cloudy color and flavor notes from various herbs and spices. Our Belgian Wit uses coriander and bitter orange peel, which together with the characteristic yeast strain gives the typical notes of citrus and light spiciness.
