Beer description
Hopped in the south and generously dry-hopped with 3 lb/bbl of Simcoe, Cascade, and Amarillo hops during fermentation. A relatively new style of IPA. We brewed and aged this Cold IPA to make it dry and moist, with the bitter hops taking center stage. Bitter, crispy, and refreshing, just as IPAs should be.
