Port Rexton Brewing - Cold Snap

Cold Snap is a cold IPA brewed with a lager strain of yeast, fermented warm and then quickly aged. The result of all this science? A super clean fermentation that really shows off the aroma and flavor of all the hops we added to this brew. The aroma is very hop-forward, with pine, citrus and earth notes. The taste is full of fresh tasting hops and a crisp malt flavor and woody finish.
