Port Rexton Brewing - Horse Chops

Horse Chops is a dry-hopped American-style West Coast IPA that has big stone fruit and grapefruit notes and aromas. Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops give this brew loads of floral, lemon citrus and pine flavours with a punchy hoppiness. Mosaic dry-hop additions add a layer of tropical stone fruit aromas on top of the soft malt foundation. Delivered with medium body, Horse Chops finishes dry with a soft malt backbone to make this a well-balanced West Coast IPA.
