Beer description
DDH Hazy Double IPA is a pale, cloudy top-fermented beer with intense tropical and citrus fruit flavors and aromas. The abbreviation DDH (Double Dry-Hopped) means that the beer was hopped exceptionally generously and at several stages with Australian and American varieties. The resulting sweetness and juiciness of the beer is countered by moderate bitterness, and the velvety smooth texture is due to the addition of wheat and oat flakes. Despite the higher extract and alcohol content, the beer remains refreshing and very drinkable. The recipe was created in cooperation with Piotr Gladczak, author of the blog Wrocławskie Podróże Kulinarne!
