Potosi Northern Method

Over seven centuries ago in the northern reaches of modern Germany, a guild of braumeisters had so masterfully honed their craft that the royalty of Bavaria spent decades trying to tempt their members to bring the superior northern method south to Munich. In 1612 they succeeded, and it was that craftsmanship combined with Munich malts and traditions that produced the doppelbock, a style that remains largely unchanged today. This is their homage to those master brewers of yore. A distinctive doppelbock, rich in malt and toasted caramel, with hints of fig and plum. Our own Northern Method.
