Inspired by the recent trip to Australia, this DIPA features Australian "Galaxy" hops that bring an intense tropical aroma with notes of peach and passion fruit, supported by Bru-1 and Nelson Sauvin hops that impart a slightly spicier pineapple and grapefruit character. The beer is free of bitterness and has a smooth, juicy body.
