Gottfried Bier - Prächtig

The "splendid" is our fourth beer recipe, it took us the most brewing attempts and some process optimizations until we reached our goal. The result is "magnificent" and blows you away. We didn't want to brew one of those hard-to-drink IPA's but a hoppy, flavorful beer that has all the elements of an India Pale Ale without being overpowering. Nevertheless, the hops do hit you a little. After the first sip, you'll understand what we mean. "splendid" is a good accompaniment to a meal or to round off a busy day.
