Pracownia Piwa Italiano Inferno

Pours black with very moderate foam, foamy, cappuccino and very fine. Aroma is dominated by the chili feeling, on top of everything else like coffee and vanilla. Body is average (thin for an imperial stout), very smooth, lowly carbonated. Taste is moderately sweet (lactose being very evident), with the chili having a significant role, but only for some time. Finish, indeed, is sweet only.
