Beer description
The Altbier Style is rooted in a brewing tradition from the City of Düsseldorf located on the banks of the Rhine River. Prairie Ghost uses a German grown malt recipe meant to impart a a pleasing copper color and lightly toasty, mild chocolate, and subtle dark fruity flavor. Its German-grown Tettnang and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops lend a present and pleasant bitterness with a bright floral bouquet peaking through its notable malt backbone.
