Precarious Beer Project - Always A Ghost

Belgian style Tripel with Jasmine flowers. We've been sampling this 9.2% ABV beer around to our brewer friends to try, and the consensus is that it is beautiful, haunting, and one of the best beers we have brewed to date. Incredibly delicate, floral, fruity, soft and incredibly refreshing. It drinks like a 5% beer but warms you up from the inside.We used ample amounts of herbal and floral Styrian Golding hops throughout the process, and added dried Jasmine flowers to the whirlpool. We also did not add any clarifying agents to this beer, we just used time and temperature to mellow and soften the beer. The result is a beautiful glowing beer that is difficult to capture in words and will haunt your senses
