Precarious Beer Project - Appeal To Emotion

Belgian-Style Pilsner - Inspired by the ingredients frequently used in Belgian Trappist and Abbey ales, we brewed this crisp lager with Belgian Pilsner and specialty malts, and Styrian Celeia hops. The result is a crushable pilsner with aromas of fresh ocean breeze, honey and baguette, and fresh cut summer grass with a medium body, crisp herbaceous bitterness and effervescent carbonation.
