Italian-Style Pilsner. Translated to, ‘Argument From Authority’. Modeled after the first Italian craft brewery’s flagship pils, Argomento is totally unfined and unfiltered, using Italian grown Eraclea variety malt, and brewed with whole leaf Tettnanger hops. With an extremely soft water profile and a light dry-hopping we get an elegantly fluffy and soft Pils with stone fruit and Meyer lemon on the nose, with a mild, sweet herbaceousness mid palate.
