Beer description
There seems to be a lot of myth and legend around lager brewing, and many of the conclusions come from bad arguments or incomplete information, so Logical Fallacies seemed appropriate. Argument From Ignorance is a fallacy that says that something is true just because it hasn’t been proven false, or vice versa.
The first in our new ‘Logical Fallacy’ series of lagers, our newest Pilsner features floor malted pilsner malt, our favorite German lager yeast, and an American bred hop, Lemondrop. Lemondrop is similar to the classic lager hops used in Pilsners, but has a stronger lemon candy note as the name implies. We used a super late addition of whole cone hops for a level of intensity and softness that is unique to whole hops. We get soft bitterness, fresh baked white bread, honey and candied lemon peel in a full bodied yet crushable Pilsner, with a meringue-like foam.
