Precarious Beer Project - Avaans

Avaans is flemish for progress, which is something we strive for whether its traditional or newer styles of beer. This ode to a traditional Saison is fermented with the Poperinge yeast strain from our friends at Jasper Yeast which produces lime and lemon-like aromas with a light white pepper and spice note.
