Precarious Beer Project - Bearded Tooth

As the weather starts to get cooler we gravitate towards some darker and more robust beer styles, and as always wanted to put the Precarious twist on a long time favorite. So we teamed up with our friends Steve and Elizabeth of HaaShrooms in Goochland, VA to pair their Lion's Mane Mushroom Coffee with the decadent chocolate and roasty notes of an American Porter. Mocha coffee and light earthy aromatics resonate from the glass while flavors of chocolate covered caramel and umami laden Peruvian espresso lingers into a semi-dry finish.
