Precarious Beer Project - Big Stacks

A collaboration brew with Capsoul Brewing Collective to celebrate inclusivity and education in the ever growing craft beer community, as well as support the Triangle Block Market which focuses on promoting BIPOC owned businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs. Together we created a decadent Breakfast Brown Ale with Hickory Syrup, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Ancho Chili Flakes, Toasted Fennel Seed, a touch of Lactose, and conditioned on coffee. The result is a silky brown ale with layers of complexity. Aromatics and flavors of Hickory Syrup laden stacks of French Toast with a side of sausage and hot steaming cup of coffee erupt out of the glass, with a satiny smooth mouthfeel and semi sweet finish.
