Precarious Beer Project - Blunted Sultan

Inspired by the Polish Grodziskie, we brewed this lightly smoked pale wheat lager. We smoked the Wheat in house with Oak. The result is a lightly smoked and crisp lager that opens up as it warm just a bit. Blunted Sultan was one of the many nicknames for rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard and with the arrival of our newest sister concept Ol' Dominion Burger we couldn't think of a better fitting beer to pair!
