Beer description
We set out to make an ale inspired by the flavors of Granola. We used 55 pounds of honey oat granola in the mash in addition to toasted buckwheat which adds nuttiness. In the kettle we added house pureed dates for some dried fruit character and finished this brew by conditioning it on vanilla to round it out. The end result is delightfully dry with a hint of all the components of a good granola, but won't leave crumbs everywhere.
