Dry-Hopped Raspberry Berlinerweisse. Our next fruited sour features bright and fresh raspberries with a touch of Idaho Gem that lends raspberry leaf and blue raspberry notes. Fully fermented and fairly dry, this Berliner carries a firm tartness, pink color, and loads of flavor and complexity with a smooth and soft finish. Mom didn’t want us to, so we did anyway.
