Precarious Beer Project - Engine 45

This Foeder Aged Altbier is a testament that out of all things dark, can come light. Confined to oak for 12 weeks before being blended to craft this extremely intricate and complex force of flavors we've come to know as Engine 45. Caramel and toffee resonate from the nose with smooth oaky and biscuit undertones, held together by subtle malt sweetness and dry finish. Only obtainable through its time spent in a dark tannic void. Always pushing forward. Never looking back. Never a white flag.
