Precarious Beer Project - Enjoying the Company of Strangers

When we live entirely in our own comfort zone, we can miss out on interesting and diverse experiences that can inspire us. This delicately hopped beer is a reminder that trying something a little different can be enlightening and rewarding. Belgian pilsner and light caramel with malted white wheat, plus Azacca, Cascade and Amarillo hops lending fruity, herbal and bright citrus aromas. Fermented with our favorite Trappist yeast strain makes it dry, crisp and bready, but with a softness that is surprising. It’s a little bit of the old world, mixed with a little bit of the craft pioneering influence that has gotten us to where we are today. We hope this beer allows you to enjoy the unknown around you.
