Precarious Beer Project - Fjord Fusion

We got together with our friends at Brainstorm Brewhouse to push the boundaries of refreshing beer. Crafted with Norwegian Kveik yeast, this is a unique Fruited Pseudo Lager that marries the traditional with the innovative. We started with a malt foundation of a traditional light lager that sets the crisp stage for an explosion of fruity flavors, and then conditioned it on ripe raspberries and fresh mango. The result is a testament to the versatility of Kveik yeast, showcasing its ability to create lager style cleanliness and clarity, while holding up against bold fruit additions.
