Beer description
Say, “Gutentag” to our German wheat beer, “Glutentag!” Brewed with malted pale wheat, pilsner, and spelt. The higher levels of proteins in the grains make the mash real sticky icky icky, but if you can make the mash work, you are rewarded with an incredibly soft beer with a glowing haze. Fermented with a classic Hefe strain to achieve aromas of ripe banana, juicy fruit bubblegum, and subtle clove. We added a dash of a newer German hop variety, Callista for fleeting notes of sauvignon blanc grapes and honeydew melon. Soft, fairly dry, and effervescent. Set the gluten free.
