Beer description
No banana bread was harmed in the making of this beer. In fact all banana character comes from the chosen yeast strain. There were also no spices added, any perceived flavor is a direct reflection of the malt and yeast. This is just a fun example of what you can do with basic ingredients. It’s also quite dry so doesn’t tire your palate with sweetness.
