Precarious Beer Project - Lomita

Inspired by the beloved cocktail, the Paloma, we brewed this Sour Ale with Lime Zest, Grapefruit, and Sea Salt and then aged it in Tequila Barrels. The resulting beer is refreshingly tart with balanced acidity, complex wood character, and effervescent carbonation.
