Pilsners are one of the most detail-oriented beers and hitting the numbers is absolutely critical to creating a crisp, flavorful, and satisfying drinking experience. We hit the numbers on “Math is Hard,” a crisp yet soft pilsner, with clean bitterness and fruity and spicy flavors from a brand new German hop, Callista. We get subtle notes of white grape juice, green strawberry, raspberry, fresh green garden herbs, and starfruit, all balanced with the incredible German malt. Math is hard, but drinking this is easy.
