Precarious Beer Project - MortDunder

We wanted to team up with the lager kings at Bingo for quite some time, and we settled on a lesser known but still delicious style called Dortmunder Export. Slightly more mineral-heavy water, full robust mouthfeel, crisp and hoppy, and strong in alcohol. We used Bingo’s house Lager strain which lends extra softness, and we hopped the beer almost like a Pilsner with experimental hop ADHA - 1940. This new hop from Roy Farms gives us stone fruit, herbs, fresh grass, and a touch of lemon zest on the nose. Thanks to the Bingo crew for collabing with us on this dangerously crushable lager.
