Sour Saison with Lemons.
This new sour saison was kettle soured for 48 hours then ran through our hopback with whole leaf Lemondrop and Amarillo hops, along with a heaping armful of lemon skins. The result is a bright, soft, yet tart and effervescent beer with insane aromas of pink starburst and lemon heads. Finishes dry and slightly tangy and extremely refreshing. Almost like drinking a shandy that isn’t sweet. It may be our best sour saison yet, but we can’t make any promises.
