Beer description
We wanted to brew a traditional Gose using sea salt and coriander and give it just the slightest modern tweak. We picked out some teas, with help from our friends over at the Spice & Tea Exchange, to accentuate this beer landing on Jasmine Pearls and Chamomile to achieve the floral and herbaceous notes we were looking for. The result is lightly tart, mildly botanical, and incredibly refreshing!
