Beer description
We are constantly chasing the ethereal aromas and textures of the world’s best saisons. This is our most recent attempt to do the style justice. On a simple malt bill of Pilsner, crystal rye, and wheat we added U.S. grown noble hops and pursued a very soft water profile. Fermenting nearly as hot as this yeast will handle, we coaxed out complex and playful esters that is ultimately refreshing and soulful.
