Meaning "Day Dream" in French, this pillowy soft and silky wheat based beer uses French malt, wheat and oats, alongside classic citrusy Coriander, Belgian Wit yeast, and Herbs de Provence herb blend. Our friends and neighbors at The Spice and Tea Exchange create a wonderful blend of herbs including Tarragon, Lavender, Celery seed, Marjoram, Chervil and Thyme. We put their blend in the whirlpool, giving this beer an unbelievable floral and savory character. One of the most intriguing and unique beers we have ever produced!
