Precarious Beer Project - Schwarty Pants

You might be thinking this is the darkest Cream Ale you've ever seen, and you'd probably be right. We wanted to brew a Schwarzbier inspired Cream Ale and this is it! We used all the traditional Cream Ale ingredients, ale yeast, corn, and pilsner malt but peppered in some pale chocolate malt, black malt, and roasted barley for color. It may appear dark, but the beer is light and easy drinking with a little roasty character to balance it all out. Who's the Schwarty Pants now?!
