Precarious Beer Project - The Dishes Are Done, Man!

Gose with Watermelon, Lime, and Simcoe hops. As the end of summer approaches, this is a Hail Mary pass for refreshing summer beer. We processed over 800 lbs of locally grown watermelon into puree for this gose, and made our own lime peel flavoring. Lightly dry hopped with Simcoe for a bright, candy like nose, this beer is tart, dry, and bursting with summer flavors. We hope you enjoy the result of this extremely labor-intensive beer.
