Precarious Beer Project - The Wonderful Future

Hopped with Pink Boots Hop Blend. The future is inclusive and accepting. One of the groups in our industry that is leading that charge is The Pink Boots Society: focused on fellowship, scholarship, and education of women in the craft beer industry. Every year Yakima Chief, the largest hop producing group in the U.S., partners with the Pink Boots Society to create a custom blend of hops, and a huge portion of the sales goes towards brewing education scholarships. We purchased some of the blend and lightly hopped a sour German wheat beer in the kettle and dry hop. The result is a perfect spring quencher with notes of lemonade, cream, herbs and a bouquet of fruit. It’s a small contribution to the wonderful future.
