Precarious Beer Project - There He Gose

Our farewell beer to our cellar person, Travis, who is moving on to the next chapter in his brewing career. Travis had free rein to brew whatever he wanted and landed on a Gose with coriander, cucumber, lemon, and lime. This beer is as bright and refreshing as Travis's enthusiasm for all things beer.
