Precarious Beer Project - Time Is A Thief

Time gets away from us quickly. Next thing you know the kids from Full House are back and THEY have kids. We can’t slow time down, but we can help make the moments last with this saison featuring a touch of whole leaf floral and fruity Amarillo hops, an incredibly rare and unique American saison strain, and fresh, locally grown Sorrel which lends a touch of soft tartness similar to rhubarb. This is an extremely aromatic saison, with a full, fluffy body and finishes clean and dry. One of the softest mouthfeels we have made so far, and by far the most crushable. We experience flavors and aromas of pink bubblegum, subtle baking spices, orange blossom, fresh rhubarb and lime peel.
