Precarious Beer Project - Totes Adorbs

Belgian styles are often regarded as beautiful and elegant, with subtlety and ethereal aromas being the focus of the brews. We feel this plum-colored ale hits all of those notes, and has an adorable personality all its own. Soft and sweet Pilsner malt, a touch of Belgian dark crystal malt, and an amble dose of Belgian dark candi syrup come together to give notes of baked raisins and fig jam. Fermented warm with a Trappist-style strain for notes of pear and roses with a dry crisp finish.
