Beer description
As long as there are still birds in the sky and hops on the vines, the brewery will continue to experiment with new hop combinations for their soft and juicy pale ales.
Vic Secret and Amarillo are the two chosen ones in The Gradients. Brewed with London Fog yeast, the result is light and airy, with subtle melon flavors and low bitterness.
The name was inspired by a train ride on the south coast, where one could look out at the sea and notice the gradients and slopes within.
